Heritage Makers in the news!

Heritage Makers in the news

It’s been such an exciting couple of months here at Heritage Makers! The world is starting to take notice of the incredible products…and message…that we have here. First Oprah (and if you haven’t heard the Oprah excitement by now, where have you been?) and now, Better Homes and Gardens and Good Morning America. Media outlets across the country are certainly taking notice of our incredible business!

Better Homes and Gardens
The word is getting out! Heritage Makers is the best choice when it comes to publishing your very own hardbound storybooks. Heritage Makers is first on a list inBetter Homes and Gardens 2nd Edition of the “Ultimate Guide to Digital Scrapbooking” of the best options for digital printing!

There’s no doubt about it, Heritage Makers is the choice to make. With Heritage Makers storybooks, cards, prints, and calendars you can create lasting memories of family heritage.

GoodMorning America

Thursday morning, December 4, Heritage Makers was on Good Morning America! Gayle King, Editor-in-Chief at O Magazine was on the show talking about Oprah’s All-Time Favorite Gifts. Guess who was #1? That’s right, Heritage Makers was #1 for Cheap and Chic Holiday Gifts. Heritage Makers is Oprah’s favorite gift!

Gayle especially loved the “Before IWas Your Mother” storybook. Good Morning America’s host commented, “how great this is for parents to give to children.” She’s right on!

Local Media

Even in our own backyards, newspapers and television shows are getting in on Heritage Makers. Many newspapers, news channels, and specialty shows are taking notice. Here in Utah, KSL(channel 5) recently had our own Sharon Murdoch on their station talking about our wonderful company. For more of the recent media contacts, check blog.heritagemakers.com. New happenings occur every week!

We’d love to know when Heritage Makers is featured by one of the media outlets in your area. Send us an email with the news and help us spread the Heritage Makers message!

We are one of Oprah’s All-time Favorite Gifts !!!

Heritage Makers is featured in the December 2008 O Magazine as one of Oprah’s All-Time Favorite Gifts! This is incredible news! Our hardbound storybooks are featured on this exclusive list. Check out the magazine on news stands now!

As part of the celebration, we’re offering an amazing Oprah special!

Be sure to check the website and get one of these amazing deals!

Oprah first learned about Heritage Makers because of one Heritage Makers consultant who wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. Brenda Kruse, an independent consultant from Iowa, made a storybook celebrating the life of Oprah’s beloved dog, Gracie. Oprah loved the book so much that she personally called Brenda to thank her for the book and to let Brenda know that she was passing the storybook idea on to her editors at O Magazine. Now that’s something that doesn’t happen everyday.

Oprah Called ask me Why !!

THE POWER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

“Many people can say Oprah has made a difference in their lives. But not many people can say they’ve made a difference in Oprah’s life!

With this small storybook, I had a huge impact on a very influential person. Now, that’s the power of storybooking. And that’s why I am a Heritage Makers consultant.”

- Brenda Kruse

Take a look inside the storybook Brenda created for Oprah. “Gracie’s gift” to Oprah was a valuable lesson we all could learn—take time to slow down.

See the storybook that Oprah loves!

Every Story deserves a book of it's own !!

One individual, one storybook, can make a big difference in the life of another person…even one of the most powerful women in the world.

Oprah took the time out of her busy schedule to personally thank Brenda for the storybook she received. Hear what Oprah had to say here!

MAKE YOUR OWN STORYBOOK

Make your own 5x5 storybook about the most important things in your life…a person, place, or even a pet. Give the gift of heritage to the heroes in your life and discover the power of storybooking!

Heritage Makers - Securing a Legacy

Securing a legacy

Making more than just a storybook

Digital storybooking is so much more than just a hobby. It is a truly magical thing that can touch people’s hearts. Since becoming a Heritage Maker, I have made a few very meaningful books—the kind that my family will always cherish. So I decided it was time to take on the project that was closest to my heart: my mom’s life story.
My mom passed away when I was 11 years-old. Now a mother myself, I wanted to make a book about her so that my children would have a sense of the grandma they would never meet, the person that their mom called "Mom." So I asked my dad if he would be willing to help with my project. Of course, he was right there for me as he always has been. We sat down together, and as he talked I typed a rough draft. We also spent some time digging through old boxes of memorabilia and flipping through numerous photo albums. What a wonderful learning experience for me. I learned so much about my mom. I had no idea how little I really knew about her.
My dad also had a wooden box that belonged to my gramma (my mom’s mom). It was filled with beautiful old photos dating back to the 1920’s. I was saddened by the fact that there is no one left
who can tell me who the people in those pictures are or what the stories behind the pictures are. This reaffirmed how very important my project was.
I set to work creating the book on my Heritage Makers website complete with over 100 photos. It was a big project but well worth the time and effort. What began as a desire to preserve my mom’s memory became so much more. It became a wonderful emotional journey for me. I no longer see my mom only in the way that a child sees a mother. I now see her for the truly wonderful woman that she was. I feel like I have been given the best gift ever. Had it not been for Heritage Makers, I would never have asked my dad those questions. I would have never known my mom’s history.
I believe that every person should make at least one life-story book. Take the time to examine the life of a passed love one. Or sit down with a parent or grandparent. I’m sure they would love to tell you about their life. Ask those tough and sensitive questions and put all of the answers in print. One of my clients is currently working on her own life story, and I keep thinking how lucky her children are. What a beautiful treasure she will be giving them, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
I’ve had people say to me, "My life isn’t exciting, why would I want to make a book about it?" This is simply not true. Your life story is very important to others. Who you are, where you come from, and the choices you’ve made—no matter how ordinary they may seem—have shaped many people’s lives.
Imagine if people 100 years ago had been able to create digital storybooks like we can. Wouldn’t you love and treasure a book about your great-great grandparents? Wouldn’t you like to know what life was like for them–their obstacles and triumphs?
I can hardly wait to sit down with my girls and read them my mom’s story. Years from now they can read it to their kids, and grand-kids, and so on. My mom’s story will not fade. And the best part of all…I know that she would be very proud.

Changes in Canadian Shipping

Changes in Canadian Shipping

Last month, DHL doubled our shipping rates to Canada. We did not want to pass this cost increase on to you, so after a lot of research, we have found a solution that will allow us to maintain the current HM shipping prices.

As of last Monday (May 5th) we have switched our Canadian shipping from DHL to UPS. We have found a UPS option that roughly equals the previous price we'd paid with DHL before the rate hike. However, in order to get the best brokerage rate for clearing our packages with Canadian customs, we must bulk ship all our Canadian packages together in one shipment. Therefore, we will only be shipping to Canada once a week. Our new shipping service is called UPS Canada Standard and it is 7-9 business days for delivery. .

It's All About the Blog

Have you visited Heritage Makers' new blog?

This is the place to get an insider's perspective about Heritage Makers and heritage making. Share your own thoughts with us. We want to know what you think.

As we were thinking of some ways to spread the word about the HM blog, we thought, "Hey, our consultants are all pretty internet savvy and many of them have their own blogs. They should link their blogs to ours." So how about it?

If you have a blog, link blog.heritagemakers.com from your blog. Together, we're truly creating an online community of storybookers.

The Evolution of Heritage Studio

The Evolution of Heritage Studio

Heritage Studio just keeps better!

We have successfully integrated all of the Classic publishing system's capabilities into the Drag & Drop system. As a result, we will be discontinuing the Classic system. All book sizes, including cards, calendars, posters, etc. are available in the Drag & Drop system. All of the basic templates that were previously unique to the Classic system can now be found under the Basic tab in the Drag & Drop system.

Most of our user's find the Drag & Drop much easier to use. Bringing all of our creative processes into one publishing system is part of the streamlining process that makes our website more user-friendly for new clients.

The recently announced Studio Pro membership is being discontinued due to a lack of demand from our professional clients.

Heritage Makers - Catching the Vision

Catching the Vision: Why We Do What We Do

I believe that every person should make at least one life-story book. Take the time to examine the life of a loved one who has passed, or sit down with a parent or grandparent. Ask those tough and sensitive questions, and put all of the answers in print. You will not regret it. You can only grow from it, and it will become a priceless family keepsake.

One of my clients is currently working on her own life story, and I keep thinking how lucky her children are. What a beautiful treasure she will be giving them and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and so on. People have said to me, "My life isn't exciting; why would I want to make a book about it?" This is simply not true. Your life story is very important to others. Who you are, where you come from, and the choices you've made—no matter how ordinary they may seem—have shaped many people's lives.

Imagine if people 100 years ago had been able to digitally preserve their stories. Wouldn't you love and treasure a book about your great-great grandparents? To know what life was like for them, and to know about their obstacles and triumphs would be a very special gift. We now have the ability to give that gift to future generations. How awesome is that?

Tips & Tricks with Studio 2.0

TIPS 'N TRICKS
WHAT'S LURKING IN THE DARK?

SHADOWS, OF COURSE.
1. Shady dealings: When adding elements like photos or embellishments to a page, don't neglect the drop shadow tool. Even adding a 1 pt. shadow will give an object some depth. Adding drop shadows keeps your page from looking flat. It also gives the faintest outline to embellishments that might otherwise get lost in the pattern of your paper.

2. Stand out performance: set your photos apart from the rest of the design on your page by adding borders. Using the border tool, you can effectively mat your pictures on the page. Or, make a double mat by using the basic shape square to create your first mat, and the border tool to create your second. Adding a border to your pictures gives your entire page a clean look. It allows the eye to quickly take in and appreciate all that is going on in your layout.

TIPS 'N TRICKS

CREATING PHOTO EFFECTS AND EDGES

Paper scrapbookers often give their photos a distressed or worn look (sometimes called "antiquing") by sanding and/or staining their photos. You can create that same look in Heritage Studio Drag & Drop system by using overlays (transparencies).

The Peppermint Kisses transparency gives a sanded or brushed effect on the outer portions of the picture. The transparency's original color is pink, but you can use the Fill Color feature to make it any color you'd like.

The Whatever Grunge overlay gives the entire photo a brushed, worn look. The overlay's texture is in gray and tan which does darken your picture. But, again, you can choose a lighter color from the Fill Color palette which lighten the entire photo.

The Ochre Winfrey Inked Edges transparency gives the edges of your photo a burned or antique look.

Cherokee's Story

Cherokee's Story

Heritage Makers' consultant Carrie Scanlan and her client Debbie recently completed a very special project for Debbie's daughter Cherokee.
Debbie: I put together my first Heritage Makers book for our daughter Cherokee, for her 10th birthday. I thought it would be special since she would be hitting double digits! I had no idea how much this book would mean to us when I sent it in to be published.
Carrie: I scanned about 200 pictures and laid everything out for Debbie. Then we sat down together at my home computer and spent almost three hours deciding on the journaling.
The book is written to Cherokee from her parents about the first ten years of her life. It documents all her birthdays, her family, school life, athletic career, and what a wonderful young lady she is becoming. We cried a lot. And cried even more when we found out about Cherokee's condition.
Debbie: The day before her 10th birthday, Cherokee was admitted to the hospital where she was diagnosed with an AVM (arterio-venous malformation) on the left side of her brain. The next day, her actual birthday, we were able to take Cherokee home to celebrate, and the book arrived that very afternoon! My husband and I sat going over and over the pages, talking about every photograph and the memories each one holds. We cried, both of us grateful to have the book to remind of us of the extraordinary memories, the 10 years we've been so blessed to share with our daughter, and we know we'll never again take for granted a single day in our little girl's life.
The book of our daughter's first 10 years has traveled across country with us to be shown to family and friends, and when Cherokee undergoes brain surgery on March 24th, the book will be with us to hold on to during her surgery. We're so happy we made it when we did, we love it and we look forward to making her next one!
Carrie: This story has inspired me to help others tell their untold stories.

A LIFE-PRESERVER FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

My mother-in-law has been battling cancer for 12 years. Right after the TAC cruise, she told us her doctor had informed her that she wouldn’t be with us much longer. My brother-in-law got an emergency leave from Iraq to come spend some time with her, and she was placed on hospice care in her home.

I knew that it was time to stop procrastinating writing her life story. I put my entire life on hold for a month while I worked non-stop on the book. I spoke to my upline leaders Sharon Murdoch and Candy May and apologized for not doing anything with my business. But Candy told me that I was doing exactly what this business is all about – preserving a story.
The most precious part of the experience was the time I spent with my mother-in-law while writing the book. We already had the basis of her life story which she typed up years before, but we wanted more. The first time we met with her to ask questions my niece and my daughter used the life story planner to interview their grandma. What a special experience for them! At one point during this process, my mother-in-law sent me an email telling me how grateful she was that I was doing this, and that I made her feel so loved and special.

Once, when I was talking with her, she told me about an experience that she really felt needed to be in the book. She said she felt strongly that there would be a time in the future when that experience would help someone in her family when they were struggling.
I asked everyone in the family to write a letter to her to be included in the book. It was quite a struggle for many of them to write a "goodbye" letter. However, it has added such an amazing element to the book. The book was not a surprise to her, but the letters will be.
I sent the book off to publishing last week and just got it back the other day. It is so much more than I ever imagined. Obviously I knew what it looked like, but seeing it in print was so amazing. I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to make it. I am especially grateful for doing it while she is still alive. I’ve shown family members previews of the book, and my sister-in-law told me that she went through an entire box of tissues.

I also made an abbreviated little "Grandma book" for the grandkids. My favorite part about it is the letter she wrote to the grandkids. Years from now, long after she is gone, they will be able to see her pictures and read her words to them. I hope they will be able to draw comfort and get advice for whatever they are dealing with at that time.
I cannot say enough how grateful I am for this company and the opportunity it gave our family to preserve a special life for generations to come.

Tips & Tricks with Studio 2.0

TIPS 'N TRICKS

MAKE IT A GROUP EFFORT

You can group photos or art embellishments on your page together by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard as you click on each item. Then you can move all of the elements together or re-size them all at the same time. Click off of the group of objects to release.

GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES

You're probably familiar with the "Round Corners" option on your tool box. But did you know that you can "cut" your pictures into ovals and circles? Moving the "Round Corners" slider all the way to 100 won't give you a complete oval or circle, but if you type in 1000 in the number box next to the slider, it will transform your rectangular images into ovals and your square images into circles. (Note: to achieve a circle, if your images is a rectangle, you'll need to crop it to a square first.)

"In every success story, you find someone who has made a courageous decision."

"In every success story, you find someone who has made a courageous decision."

Peter F. Drucker
Management Consultant and Author

As I am watching the STORY that is unfolding as Heritage Makers is growing, changing and becoming a formidable player in the space of digital story and scrapbooking, I am amazed! I am amazed at how many fantastic, talented and committed consultants we have, who have not only have a great passion for the product, but a vision of what this company can be and do!

As I read this quote this morning, I thought back several years to when our own little Sharon Murdoch, co-founder of Heritage Makers, made a courageous decision. She chose to take scarey and unsure ROAD to create a new company based on her love for STORY. She made the courageous decision to leave her secure job as a Professor, take a financial and personal risk, and create a company that we now all love and have so much passion for.

She has seen many miracles, as have I, as her little idea has become part of a movement of people looking for ways to tell their stories, and preserve their precious memories.

I am so glad that I had the courage to join her, and that you have had the courage to join me!

This is a VERY exciting time to be involved with this company!! I can see so many things coming together, as this company is just the beginning of what I believe will be one of the biggest direct selling companies ever!

Sharon had a dream and had the COURAGE to step out and pursue it! What are you dreams? Are you ready to take the steps needed to make them come true? CREATE your own SUCCESS story by taking thost steps, and don't wait for tomorrow!!

I challenge each of you to overcome whatever FEAR is stopping you and have the COURAGE to make your HM Business whatever you want it to be!!

Be like Sharon and take the first step, make those calls, book your celebrations, set goals to advance, set goals for you personally and for your family!! Step out and make it happen!! Be the person who makes your own STORY, a SUCCESS!!!

I have faith in each of you and I am cheering for you!!

Dear Kellie Stobie,

Preserving those girl power moments with Heritage Makers

"PRESERVING THOSE GIRL POWER MOMENTS"

For the past seven years, three of my girlfriends and I have spent President's Day weekend at a mountain cabin in Island Park, Idaho, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, snowmobiling and snow boarding. We pack all kinds of junk food—Ding Dongs and Diet Coke are a must—and bring a box of DVDs (usually at least one or two featuring George Clooney).

Each year, we get a little older and the mountain seems to get a little steeper. In the past seven years there have been career changes, surgeries, a wedding and babies, but our friendship and tradition has endured. One woman even made it a condition of her engagement that her fiancée understand and support her participation in our annual getaway.

This yearly trip is more than recreational. It's therapeutic. It allows us to reflect on what has been and share inspiration for the future.

This year, I captured the spirit and memories of our past adventures in the accordion-style Family Fold Out card, and I made a copy for each girl. I can't tell you how thrilled they were to have their very own heirloom!

Throughout the weekend, each of them periodically unfolded their copy, gazed again at the pictures, and re-lived those moments.

Now, home from another one of our action-packed weekends, I am once again a quiet, mild-mannered office worker. But with the family-fold card on my desk, I now have hard evidence of my bold, adventurous self

The Key to Building Your Business

The Key to Building Your Business Organization

"Sponsoring is the only way to build a team, grow your paychecks, and advance in rank."
—Kymberly Stoddard

We recently "sat down" with three HMconsultants—Kymberly Stoddard, Mary Hansen and Kelly Barquin—who have been top sponsors in the past two months and asked them some searching questions about sponsoring.

Q: How did you feel when someone first approached you about becoming a Heritage Makers Independent Consultant?

Mary Hansen: I had never done direct sales, and I knew nothing about getting outside orders, doing presentations, or sponsoring new consultants! It was a bit frightening. However Iknew what Ifelt in my heart the night Imet with Toni Terry and Sharon Murdock. Iknew that our products were meant to strengthen home and family and Ineeded to be a part of it.

Q: And how did your sponsor help you get your business off the ground?

Kelly Barquin: The most important thing my sponsor did for me was to work with me and not dictate things to me. We worked as a team, and together, we got twice as much accomplished!
Mary Hansen: My sponsor understood the power of story and saw what it could do for clients and for consultants. Iwas told to get my first book done immediately! I was hooked, I was touched and Iunderstood what we were really doing.

Q: How do you get over the nervousness of approaching a potential new consultant?

Kymberly Stoddard: The first obstacle I had to overcome was realizing that not everybody was going to sign up. After the first several "No’s" it is easy to become discourage. But keeping a positive attitude and knowing why Ido this business makes it easier for me to find those who will say, "Yes." I have a great potential opportunity for anybody, and Iam not ashamed to share it with others!

Mary Hansen: Of course, I needed training on how to talk to people about the business. But it became easier to do when Irealized Iwas passionate about our vision and mission!

Kelly Barquin: As a new consultant, I was afraid that I was "bugging people." Now Ihave learned that Heritage Makers is a GIFT, and you have to change your mindset when you’re speaking with people. People sign up with me because they see my excitement and my passion for the business. Ibelieve that people are looking for something new and exciting, and Heritage Makers is just that!

Q: How do you find new consultants to sponsor?

Kymberly Stoddard: I show others how excited I am about this business by holding heritage conversations everyday. Heritage conversations remind me how big this opportunity is because everyday Italk to at least one person who STIL Ldoesn’t know what Ido.

Kelly Barquin: Whenever I speak to anyone about Heritage Makers, I say, "If you know anyone who might be interested in our ground floor opportunity, let me know." Nine times out of ten, they will either give me a referral or say, "Well, Imight be interested!"

Q: How do you interest people in signing up as an HMconsultant?

Mary Hansen: I think the number one thing that attracts people is the desire to belong to something great. Our company changes lives! This should be the number one thing we are presenting to potential consultants. Our mission statement should be repeated at celebrations, in one-on-one appointments and when we’re sharing our amazing business opportunity!

Iam not selling anyone something that will be thrown out because it has collected dust or is sitting in a cabinet. Iam offering people the opportunity to make a difference in their lives and the lives of those they love.

Q: What do you do as an effective sponsor?

Kymberly Stoddard: It’s not just about signing somebody up and adding them to your email list. Mentoring is how you build leaders on your team. The best way to mentor is to show your new consultants that, with Heritage Makers, their dreams can come true.
Kelly Barquin: The most important thing I do as a sponsor is motivate my team. Igive them the daily tools, etc. but they won’t follow a leader that isn’t going somewhere. I lead by example! Walk the Talk!

Kymberly Stoddard: People will only sign-up if they trust their sponsor. It is so important to be honest and upfront about the possibilities and the work involved when becoming a Heritage Makers leader. Ilet my potential recruits know from the beginning how often Iwork, what Ido, what Imake, and what Isee myself earning in the next 3-5 years.

Q: Any last words of encouragement?

Mary Hansen: Once consultants understand the power of story, the rest will fall into place. No one ever had to convince me or bribe me to become a consultant; Ifelt it [the message] in my heart because of how it was presented to me! Stick to the mission and success will follow!

Preserving Heritage in Her Neighborhood

Preserving Heritage in Her Neighborhood

"Last April, Iplaced an article in my neighborhood newsletter telling people what I do with Heritage Makers. One of my neighbors, Chris, asked if Iwould be willing to put together a book for her two children. We met together and agreed upon the book type, the time frame and the price of the project. Iwas very nervous about the project because this was the first time I had created a book for someone other than myself.

My neighbor organized all of the pictures, told me which pictures should go on which pages, and gave me text to go with each one. The only design advice she had for me was to keep it simple and classic. She handed everything over to me in the beginning of September. Iwent to Reunion looking for ideas, and Icame back with so much more, including the option to create the book in the new 11x13 Legacy Edition! My neighbor and her husband loved the new size and the leather cover with dust jacket.

Now it was time for me to get started. Iscanned over 225 photos and created a beautiful book of over 100 years of their family history. Iwould meet with Chris to review what Ihad completed and she would proofread my work.

This book was intended as a surprise Christmas present for Chris’ two grown children, Sandy and Todd. During the creation process, Ihad to be discreet when Icalled or met with my neighbor, and Ihad to check and make sure the kids’ cars weren’t in front of the house.
During this process, my neighbor became very ill. Fortunately, gall bladder surgery provided some relief. Chris called me on Christmas Day to share how much her children loved the storybooks about their heritage. Chris’ daughter Sandy explained that one day, during this book creation process, she had called her mom’s house while Iwas there. Chris’s husband, Bob, answered the phone and told Sandy that her mom couldn’t come to the phone because Laura was here. "Oops," said Bob, "Iwasn’t supposed to tell you that." Sandy thought Iwas a nurse and that her mom was much worse than she had been letting on. When Sandy found out who Ireally was, she was elated and relieved.

Before working on this book, Ihad only known Chris as a neighbor. I’d wave or say hello or talk to her about neighborhood issues, but that was all. Working with her on this storybook, Ireally got to know her. She is a wonderful woman who cares so deeply about her family. Ifeel blessed that she chose me to help her preserve her heritage. Heritage Makers made it possible for me to develop a friendship with someone Imight not have gotten to know otherwise."

2008 Company Events !!

2008 Events:

Market Development Seminars - these seminars will be focusing on areas that have not produced leaders yet. This spring they are scheduled in Orlando, FL; Atlanta, GA; and Baltimore, MD. It is sort of an expanded Spirit of Heritage Tour but using consultants as the speakers. I encourage our east coast team to attend the Baltimore meeting on March 29! Wendy McGee is coming out as well as some other senior leadership, including yours truly. It costs $30 for a guest to come, but they get an 8x8 book credit! And they will be exposed to all kinds of wonderful Heritage Making talk! Postcards are available in the virtual office. Send them to all your contacts within a reasonable drive of these areas – you never know what can come of it!

Regional Conventions:

Regional Conventions will be held in the following areas: Orange County, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; and Charlotte, NC. All of the East Coast consultants(in any line, not just mine) are encouraged to attend the Charlotte meeting. Regional Convention is like Reunion, but shorter. There are specific business building trainings as opposed to the Market Development Seminars, where it is geared toward giving information to potential new consultants and existing consultants. There MAY be a husband’s meeting with the Charlotte regional. On the Cruise, many husbands got up and shared their testimonials about HM, and I asked Wendy McGee if she would be able to bring her husband with her to Charlotte and do either a couples meeting or husband’s meeting. She is looking into that possibility. It is so wonderful when your spouse or significant other really understands how Heritage Makers works, how the compensation plan works, and how they can best support you. I really hope that Kyle McGee will be able to come to the Charlotte meeting too, and I will let you know as soon as I find out.
The Charlotte convention is April 25-26. I don’t have hotel information yet. The California convention is May 2-3, and Minneapolis is May 16-17.
